I specialize in working with individuals of all ages who have experienced trauma and loss. My style is direct and engaging, focused on helping clients amplify their strength and creativity to navigate life’s instabilities. 

 

I offer multiple therapeutic approaches including trauma-centered psychotherapy, drama therapy, and EMDR. In session, I integrate movement, tarot cards, and storytelling.

 

Areas of specialty include those who have experienced familial sexual assault, children who have experienced traumatic events, and individuals who have migrated across cultures and borders.

 

I have an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I speak three languages- German, Hindi, and English.
