Senior Clinician
MA, RDT
I specialize in working with individuals, couples and families who have been impacted by trauma, abuse and neglect. I recognize that trauma profoundly impacts the body and can affect our overall health, often leading to tension, pain, anxiety, depression, or dissociation. Through somatic techniques, drama therapy, and movement therapy, I help clients reconnect with their bodies and facilitate healing on multiple levels
I love supporting my clients find meaningful, aesthetic, and playful ways to explore painful, dark and traumatic experiences. We all need a place to cry, as well as laugh about our experiences and not be shamed, silenced, or judged for how trauma impacts us and how we choose to heal from it.

As a therapist my style is both warm and direct. We would work well together if you like a being held while also being challenged.
My training includes a masters in Counseling Psychology with a focus in body based practices including Movement, Art, Somatics and Drama Therapy.
